To use Yunxiu bonded warehouse services, your company must hold valid import/export rights and complete consignee or cross-border e-commerce registration with China Customs. A bonded warehouse stores goods under customs special supervision (e.g. a comprehensive bonded zone) before import declaration and duty/VAT payment. Yunxiu operates a 4,170m² Shanghai bonded warehouse for compliant bonded storage and rental.

Unlike a general warehouse, a bonded warehouse is fully customs-supervised: inbound/outbound must be declared via the Golden Gate system, and ledger must match physical stock. Yunxiu bonded storage primarily handles general trade imports, cross-border e-commerce inbound (1210/9610 modes), and bonded display goods—covering beauty, mother & baby, F&B, fashion, electronics, and household categories.

Temperature-sensitive, precision, and high-value luxury goods can be assigned dedicated zones with tailored SOPs. Hazardous, radioactive, or prohibited goods are not accepted. Final eligibility depends on customs rules and our compliance review.

Yes. Yunxiu operates a 1,000m² temperature-controlled warehouse at 18–25°C for wine warehouse, perfume & cosmetics, precision electronics, and similar sensitive goods. Select areas support lower bands for short- to medium-term chilled storage.

Bonded goods in comprehensive bonded zones must comply with customs bonded warehouse storage period rules. Typically, goods should not remain under bond beyond permitted limits without extension, domestic sale, re-export, or destruction procedures.

Yunxiu proactively alerts clients before regulatory deadlines and assists with extensions or outbound planning to avoid penalties or extra charges. For slow-moving SKUs, plan inventory disposition early with our warehouse and customs teams.

Bonded inbound typically requires import/entry customs declarations or verification lists, bills of lading, packing lists, invoices, contracts, and—depending on product—certificates of origin, CIQ certificates, Chinese label proofs, and brand authorization.
