The site is Hongqiao Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), Unit III-F09, offering bonded, non-bonded and climate-controlled leasable zones. Confirm the storage requirements first, then the available area and move-in timing.

Climate-controlled zone
1,000m² climate-controlled zone: temperature settable at 10-25℃, humidity auto-adjusted to 40-60%, ±2 precision, 24/7 monitoring.
Bonded and non-bonded zones
Bonded zone 4,170m², where goods can defer duty; non-bonded zone 1,500m² for duty-paid or domestic stock; 6,670m² leasable across all three, with live vacancy and minimum area confirmed per requirement.

Hongqiao Bonded Logistics Center (Type B), Unit III-F09; AEO Advanced certified, ISO9001 certified, customs-registered warehouse.
Batches, vintages and ledgers
WMS keeps separate ledgers by batch, vintage, certificate-of-origin number and SKU, with traceable inbound, outbound and stock records for customs ledger reconciliation.

Chinese back-labels and label pre-review

Imported liquor normally needs a Chinese back-label under prepackaged-food labeling rules. Pre-review, printing, application and recheck can all happen in bonded status, with failures fixed in-zone instead of shipped back.

  1. Review

    Check the Chinese back-label copy and layout against the original label's key fields.

  2. Print

    Print traceable back-labels by batch to avoid mixed lots.

  3. Apply

    Apply by hand, clear of key original-label fields, with controlled placement and finish.

  4. Recheck

    Spot-check quality. Failures are reworked on the floor, not sent outside the zone.

Outer-carton swaps, sorting and gift-set packing can run in the same window, and cargo or storage insurance can be arranged.

Batch, vintage and defect isolation

Vintage, cask number and batch drive whisky's value, so WMS ledgers each one separately. Defective stock is isolated and never returned to good inventory.

Four customs steps for whisky

From inbound warehousing to domestic release, re-export and inspection support, documents and insurance can be pre-reviewed in the same pass. Supervision details follow General Administration of Customs publications.

  1. Inbound warehousing declaration

    Certificate of origin, health certificate, bottling proof, invoice, packing list and contract enter as one set.

  2. Domestic release

    Release by batch with consolidated filing; goods leave once duty, VAT and consumption tax are settled.

  3. Re-export

    Return to origin where needed, with no import-stage tax.

  4. Inspection and CIQ

    Support inspection and sampling, and obtain the entry inspection and quarantine certificate.
