Bonded Import Process
The bonded flow core is "enter once, pay duty and leave per order". These Q&As cover the key nodes from onboarding to outbound.
QWhat procedures are needed to enter a bonded warehouse?
Usually: a licensed declarant files a bonded entry with customs, providing contract/invoice/packing-list docs; goods are inspected at port and admitted; a customs-linked ledger is built. Yunxiu supports ledger registration, tally and in-zone labelling. Docs follow category and customs requirements.
QWhat is the 1210 cross-border bonded stockpiling mode?
Mode 1210 lets e-commerce firms bulk-stock goods into a bonded warehouse inside a supervised zone; on each order, goods leave, pay cross-border e-commerce tax and are delivered. It combines stock-first, tax-later for speed and cash flow. Yunxiu supports 1210 stockpiling and outbound.
QWhat are the bonded ledger and inventory list?
The ledger is customs’s electronic record of bonded goods in/out/stock; the inventory list evidences bonded transfers. Together they ensure book-to-physical consistency. Yunxiu’s site keeps customs-linked ledgers and supports outbound documents.
QHow does outbound duty clearance work?
Bonded goods owe no import duty while in-zone; on actual domestic sale/outbound, duty and import-stage tax are declared and paid per order/batch, then released for delivery. Deferring duty eases cash flow. Amounts are subject to customs assessment.
QWhat value-added work can be done in-zone?
Common in-zone services include Chinese labelling, kitting/disassembly, gift boxing, tallying and stocktaking, marking. Yunxiu offers in-zone labelling, kitting and temporary import-export of display goods at Hongqiao Bonded Logistics Center.
