Bonded Warehouse

A bonded warehouse is customs-supervised: goods can be stored before formal import clearance and duty, paying only as they leave—easing cash flow. A normal warehouse holds duty-paid domestic goods. Bonded sites are customs-approved with linked ledgers and on-demand inspection.

Typically processing-trade goods, transit/for-sale imports and cross-border bonded stock. Prohibited/restricted or licence-required goods follow separate rules. Under China customs rules, a public bonded warehouse requires a minimum area of 2,000 m² (liquid bonded warehouses ≥ 5,000 m³). Yunxiu operates at Hongqiao Bonded Logistics Center with about 4,170 m² of leasable bonded space.

"Bonded" only means goods entered and are stored under customs supervision; it does not certify authenticity. Genuine status depends on sourcing and the clearance chain; a compliant chain is customs-inspected, ledger-auditable with verifiable documents.
