Pharmaceuticals and medical devices are normally handled on GSP lines in distribution: the zone temperature has to be settable and stable, temperature and humidity have to be logged continuously, exportable and traceable, and excursions have to trigger an alarm and a recorded response. We do not claim GSP certification. What we can do is put the actual zone conditions and record capability on the table so you can judge them against your own acceptance criteria.

Batch and expiry control has to be strict. Several batches or mixed expiry dates under one specification are the most common audit finding, so the WMS must keep separate ledgers by batch number, production date, sterilisation batch or registration certificate number, and pick in first-expiry-first-out order.

Cargo type comes first: plain temperature-controlled storage, chilled goods and frozen goods each need different conditions. Our own leasable zones are temperature-controlled. If your cargo needs a lower band, we say so at the check stage and we will not present park-level facilities as our own capability.
