Supplements mostly ship as powders, tablets, softgels and oral liquids. They pick up moisture, dislike heat, and readily take on odours. Imports also have to clear labelling and filing questions first: Chinese label content, the registration or filing certificate for health foods, and the importer's filing details normally need settling before arrival, or the cargo sits in the warehouse waiting for paperwork.
Batch and expiry control is the second thread. Mixing batches of one SKU, or near-expiry stock with fresh stock, pushes write-off risk straight up. The WMS has to keep separate ledgers by batch number, production date and shelf life, and be able to pick in expiry order.
We check requirements one by one rather than selling a blanket promise. List your temperature band, humidity, labelling and inventory requirements and we answer each against the zone conditions and environmental records. Where we do not match, we say so.
